With the weather still being fairly nice you will still see a lot of motorcycles on the road.  They will be doing Toys for Tots runs, Christmas runs, and just everyday riding.  To the riders please watch out for the weather change, black ice, and if it starts to snow please ride safe.
To the people in other vehicles, please watch out for motorcycles at all times.  Remember to shut off your turn signal, don't tailgate a motorcycle, and always keep your eyes open when approaching intersections.

HOPE YOU HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS

    "The Biker Realtor"

Hello, my name is Peter Boncek and I am also known as "The Biker Realtor".  There are two things I love to do.  Ride my Harley and help people buy or sell their homes.

I have ridden from Boston, MA to Key West, FL and back up to Hamilton Ont.  I average about 10,000 to 20,000 miles a year on my motorcycle and its not unusual for me to show houses on my Harley.

This blog is to discuss everything about homes and motorcycles.

If you're a current homeowner or a first time buyer, we can discuss the pros & cons, or what you need to make your home more marketable.

For the buyers, we can discuss what you're looking for, better ways of financing, what to look for or ask when buying a home.

For motorcyclist we can discuss just everything, from where to ride, what kind of ride, saftey issues, or maybe network to find a part your looking for.

I am looking for people who take pride in their ride and home to send me pictures so I can put them on the slide show.

    A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF:
I created an air freight cargo trucking company in the Boston area in the mid ‘90’s, building it into a multimillion dollar company in less than 5 years. “Selling myself and keeping my word to my clients was the key to the rapid growth of my company”.

“If freight had to be delivered on time I made sure it was”.

“I’d work around the clock in order keep my clients business”. .

The stereotype image of a “biker” has changed in recent years. Many couples now ride and own motorcycles for recreation and belong to motorcycle groups. Yes, lawyers, Police Officers, teachers, firefighters, and even Realtors own and ride motorcycles.

Hope to hear from you soon.
